Vichem provides custom synthesis of potential drug molecules equipped with suitable primary amine-, carboxyl-, acetilene- or azide- function ending linkers in appropriate position(s) on the mother structure, retaining its biological activity.
Up to date, Vichem developed synthetic methods for more than 300 such linkered analogues of various kinase inhibitors and other biologically active compounds.
The linker modified, resin bound compounds are applicable for target identification and binding affinity determination by affinity chromatography or can be used as active agents in targeted therapy approaches.
